The Need

To determine whether to Buy / Partner / Build a digital self-management solution for cardio-renal-metabolic conditions.

The Action

A three-phase approach was taken:

1) Market opportunity landscaping and in-depth analysis of current solutions on the market;

2) Client differentiation and competitor analysis;

3) Primary research with stakeholders to further define unmet needs and how the company could best address these needs.

The Outcome

The company pursued the Build option, following a strategic roadmap that would enable them to revisit the Partner option at a later date.
