The Client

UK investment firm + change management consultancy

The Need

The client wanted to strengthen leadership effectiveness, reduce burnout, and create a culture of psychological safety. They needed a structured diagnostic process to identify behavioural drivers, map leadership capabilities, and provide personalised development support.

The Action

I designed and deployed employee and peer assessment surveys to capture perceptions of leadership and conducted in-depth interviews to explore behavioural drivers and organisational tensions.

Insights were leveraged to develop an Organisational Leadership Heat Map to visualise organisational strengths and gaps related to burnout prevention and psychological safety. Individual leadership profiles were also developed, along with personalised behavioural action briefs to guide coaching.

The Outcome

The project delivered a comprehensive behavioural leadership diagnostic with both organisational and individual insights. Leaders received tailored guidance on strengths, risks, and development actions, while the organisation gained clear strategies to enhance leadership, support psychological safety, and mitigate burnout.
